Using Gratze

These terms apply to the Gratze website, digital profiles, band services, and orders. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you have questions, email info@gratze.net.

Your account & content

Provide accurate account and order details, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and only upload or share content you have permission to use. You remain responsible for your profile and links. You retain ownership of your content and allow Gratze to store and display it as needed to provide the service according to your visibility settings.

Do not impersonate others, publish unlawful or harmful content, share malicious links, claim someone else’s band, or attempt to bypass access controls. Access may be restricted to protect users or address misuse.

Bands, compatibility & visibility

Gratze bands open a web profile on compatible NFC-enabled phones. NFC support, settings, the location of the phone’s reader, browser support, and an internet connection affect the experience. The recipient does not need a Gratze app.

Keep your band and account secure. A band URL remains associated with that band; its current status and owner determine what visitors see. Tap-only means an unlisted band URL, not proof that a visitor physically tapped your band. Anyone who has the URL may open it. Review your profile and field visibility before sharing.

Orders & payment

Product prices, quantities, delivery details, and available payment methods are shown during checkout. Check your details before placing an order. Bank transfer instructions, when applicable, are provided with the order confirmation. Delivery depends on the address, availability, and fulfilment arrangements.

For cancellations, returns, refunds, damaged items, or delivery concerns, contact us with your order number. We will review your request under the circumstances of your order and applicable consumer law. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Availability & external links

We work to keep Gratze available, but maintenance, technical problems, or third-party outages may interrupt access. Features may change over time. A band purchase does not promise uninterrupted or lifetime availability of an online service.

Profile links can take you to services we do not operate. We are not responsible for their content or availability. Keep copies of important files and check external sites before sharing information with them.

Privacy & account requests

Our privacy policy explains how account, profile, band, and order information is handled. You can change profile visibility in your dashboard or contact us to request account closure.
